The Business Garden Limited thrive on good team work, be it within their own offices, or with the many partners and local suppliers they use to create their unique learning experience, therefore, we also thrive on delivering first class Team Development courses!
Using specially designed pre course tools we will assess the team development requirements you have, and exclusively design the course you will need.
Our Team Building events are usually between one and three days long, and can be aimed towards:
- Newly formed teams
- Existing teams in need of refocusing
- Existing teams requiring re motivation
- Existing teams performing well and requiring reward
Using our experience and skills gained through ten years work with blue chip corporate companies, and the amazing facilities we have to hand, we will encourage your teams to work hard, play hard and learn well. Teams will come home exhilarated and ready to return to work with all guns blazing.
Some examples of the learning we can offer within our Team Building events are:
- Experiential work based learning
- Experiential non work based learning
- Psychological tool kit analysis such as MBTI, TMSDI or Belbin
- Outdoors team building activities such as clay pigeon shooting, orienteering around Bowood and team games
